Try to find other supplies to hold your work and papers besides binders. Binders take up a lot of space and make your backpack super heavy. Who honestly needs 4 different binders, one for each class? That’s way too many! I like to use one 4 or 5 subject notebook that also have folders within the notebook and other organization features, (it’s not just a normal notebook). This way I have all of my classes combined and all of the papers organized.only stuff you think you will not need (most likely you won’t need old papers/returned hw). This saves less space and keeps you more organized, because you take out the old and only have to focus finding things you will need that is new.
Each day after school or class, and after you rummage through your backpack while doing homework, you should reorganize your backpack so that it is nice and neat for the next day! Developing this habit will not only improve how productive you are, it will make you a better student. An organized backpack will not only reduce your stress, but you will also be more prepared and less apt to say “I must have lost that homework” again!
